Hi! I’m Char, a NASM certified personal trainer passionate about helping people transform their bodies, improve their health, and feel confident in their own skin. Fitness isn’t just about looking a certain way, it’s abouts building strength, resilience, and habits that last a lifetime.
I discovered my love for fitness after recovering from a car accident and realizing the power of strength training on my own journey. That journey taught me that progress isn’t always linear, and that everyone’s body and goals are unique. That’s why I create personalized programs that fit your lifestyle, abilities, and ambitions.
